摘　　要：总结了近年来国内外纳米多层膜的研究现状,列举了纳米多层膜的力学性能、磁性能、电化学性能及光学性能,分析了纳米多层膜的发展趋势。A review was given about the current statusof research on electrochemically deposited nano-scaled metallic multilayers at home and abroad. The mechanical,magnetic,elec-trochemical and optical properties of the nano-scaled metallicmultilayers were briefed. Moreover,the development trend of the electrochemically deposited nano-scaled metallic multilayers was discussed.
