摘 要:目的分析日本和芬兰两国中小型规模企业职业卫生服务模式,建立适合我国国情的中小企业职业卫生服务体系。方法了解日本和芬兰两国的职业卫生服务模式,为我国中小规模企业建立有效的职业卫生服务提供参考依据。结果在芬兰,法律规定由公共卫生中心和私人医疗中心两方面提供中小企业的职业卫生服务;在日本,企业要为每50个工人指定1名以上的职业健康医生提供咨询服务,区域职业健康中心负责提供职业卫生服务及其他相关服务。结论芬兰、日本等发达国家不仅通过立法,而且还通过灵活的职业安全和健康服务模式提供服务,中小企业职业卫生服务方面覆盖面高,值得我国借鉴和学习。Objective To analyze occupational health services of the small and medium-scale enterprises in Japan and Finland,it will be helpful for establishing the suitable conditions for SMEs China's occupational health service system.Methods Clinical epidemiology,industrial ecology science,occupational health and comprehensive analysis of environmental health science for small and medium-scale enterprises were analyzed for constructing effective occupational health services.Results In Finland,both public health centers and private medical centers provide occupational health services for SMEs were prescribe by the Occupational Health Service Act,.In Japan,SMEs have to specify more than one occupational health doctor for every 50 workers in to provide advisory services,and the Regional Occupational Health Center is responsible for providing occupational health services and other related services.Conclusion Occupational health services in SMEs have reached a high coverage,not only through legislation,but also through a flexible model of occupational safety and health in Finland,Japan and other developed countries.It is worthful for us to reference and learn.
