摘 要:从贵州不同经济发展地区中选取代表样区,研究贵州土地集约利用变化规律,建立评价指标体系,通过多因素综合评判法对5个代表样区进行评价。结果表明,贵州土地集约利用水平普遍较低,综合分值除小河区达到0.9267外,其余地区均低于0.5;土地集约利用水平差异较大,综合分值最高的小河区和最低的沿河县相比,达5.73倍;土地利用经济效益在指标体系中权重值达0.4626,表明经济发展水平是导致土地集约用地水平差异的主要因素。The representative sample areas were chosen from different economy development areas Guizhou Province. The comprehensive multi-factors appraisal system was established, and employed to evaluate the status of the five representative sample areas of Guizhou Province in the present work. The results showed that the level of land intensive utility in Guizhou was generally lower, and the area synthesis score were lower than 0.5, with the exception of that of Xiaohe (0. 926 7 ). The level of land intensive utility diversifies highly amone the investigated areas, e.g. the value of Xiaohe was 5.73 time higher than that of Yanhe. Due to the high weight (0. 462 6) of economic efficiency of land utility in index system, economy development level is thus the main factor contributed to the differences in the land intensive utility of Guizhou.
