湖北省创业投资机构发展壮大的模式选择

摘　　要：运用实地调查的方法,分析了湖北省创业投资机构的现状,认为湖北创业投资机构总体发展水平不高,与沿海发达地区差距较大;指出了影响湖北省创业投资机构发展的主要因素:资金来源结构单一,投资规模偏小,专业人才匮乏;给出了创业投资机构发展壮大模式选择的建议,即可以通过与孵化器合作,省内创投合并,与国外创业投资机构合资,与省内实体企业合作的方式来发展壮大省内创投机构。On the basis of the fieldwork methods,this paper analyzes the present situation of venture capital institutions（VCI） in Hubei,finds out that compared with the developed coastal areas,there is a gap between them,and points out that the main influnential factors involve the following：the monotony structure of the capital sources,small investment and lack of professionals.Finally,the paper gives some advices to develop the VCI.They can cooperate with provincial incubator,merger with local venture institutions,join with foreign venture institutions,and cooperate with the provincial entity enterprise to develop VCI in Hubei.
