摘 要:新建火力发电厂多数采用快装燃油启动锅炉,近几年燃油启动锅炉点火时经常出现爆燃超压严重,导致超压保护动作,锅炉不易点燃,有些启动锅炉运行不久甚至造成超压损坏。作者在某新建工程调试时恰巧也遇到了同样的问题,我们认真分析了造成启动锅炉爆燃超压的根本原因,提出了解决方案,经过试验彻底解决了这一问题,并对厂家点火和停炉程控逻辑进行了优化修改,不仅保证了调试工作的顺利进行,而且为今后启动锅炉的安全运行提供了可靠保证。此改进方案对其它燃油启动锅炉的调试和安全运行具有一定的借鉴价值。The newly built power generators usually use fast oil-fired start boilers. In recent years, overpressure and detonations often occurred during ignitions of these boilers, causing the activation of overpressure protection, boilers have trouble to start, even causing some start-up boilers breaking down without running for too long. The author en-countered the same problem during test running of a newly built project, after a through analysis of the cause of over-pressure and detonation of start-up boilers, the solution was provided, and by testing it the problem was solved. The improved programming of ignition and close down ensured the safety running of start-up boiler. This improved plan provided references for other oil-fired start-up boilers shutdown and safety running.
