摘 要:为了揭示级配碎石力学机理,通过室内振动法成型的试件,研究了压实度K、含水量W、空隙率V和级配等因素对级配碎石力学性能的影响.试验结果表明:随着压实度的提高、试件内部含水量的降低,级配碎石的力学性能明显提高;压实度在97%~99%之间,压实度每提高1%,级配碎石抗压强度提高12%~44%、回弹模量提高17%~20%;与最佳含水量眠。的试件相比,当W=0.5Wopt时,级配碎石抗压强度提高28%,回弹模量提高11%-14%,CBR提高9%;当W=0%时,级配碎石抗压强度提高95%,回弹模量提高23%~26%,CBR提高14%.在此基础上,提出级配碎石的最佳级配范围.该研究成果可供级配碎石设计施工参考.In order to reveal the mechanics mechanism of graded broken stone, the vibration is used to shape cylinder specimens, then research the discpline of the effect of compaction K, moisture content W, porosity V and gradation in the mechanics properties of graded broken stone are studied. Experimental results indicate that by the degree of compaction K raises and moisture content decreases, the mechanics properties of graded broken stone are improved obviously. Between 97%and 99%, the values of K promotes 1%, compressive strength of graded broken stone increase 12% ~ 44%, modulus increase 17%~20%. When the optimum moisture reaches, the compressive strengthn of graded broken stone of half moisture content improve 28% to the optimum moisture content, confined modulus improve 14 %, unconfined modulus improve 1t %, the values of CBR improve 9%. When the moisture content is 0%, the compressive strengthn of graded broken stone without moisture content will improve 95 % to the optimum moisture content, confined modulus improve 26%, unconfined modulus improve 23%, the values of CBR improve 14%. The best range of gradation is obtained. The results can berefered as the design and contruetion of graded broken stone.
