摘　　要：根据采集和统计的原始数据,建立了一元线性回归模型,并对其进行分析,推测出某特定条件下原始数据合理的消耗量,为定额原始数据采集和筛选提供一种新的方法.Through the establishment of Simple Linear Regression Model, using measured data that has been speculated under the conditions which is close to the quota characteristics,changes in the quota consumption can be predicted, which is caused by the factors of continuity. Then, a new methodology would be provided to refine and test the quota data.
