摘  要:2Cr11Mo1VNbN是汽轮机叶片用钢的一种,叶片用钢作为一种重要的汽轮机用钢铁材料,因其工作环境恶劣,质量要求相应较高。近年来,用户的技术协议对δ铁素体的含量提出了越来越严格的要求,针对轧制大型材生产过程中影响δ铁素体含量的因素进行分析与探讨,讨论了Cr当量和温度当量对轧材δ铁素体含量的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施,成功控制了轧制大型材的δ铁素体含量。2Cr11Mo1VNbN is one kind of turbine blade steel. As an important iron and steel materials, blades steel has higher quality requirements accordingly because of their poor working environment. In recent years, the δ ferrite content of the user' s technical agreements has been stringently proposed. In this paper, the affection factors of the 3 ferrite content of the roiling heavy section bars in the production process were analyzed and discussed. In the analysis and discussion, the Cr equivalent and the temperature equivalent factors of the δ ferrite content are mainly discussed, and the corresponding control measures are put forward, therefore the ferrite content of the rolling large sections was suceessfully controlled.
