田庄水库沉积物与水体之间氮素交换过程研究

摘  要:通过采集田庄水库底泥样品,进行了室内土柱模拟试验,初步探讨了水体中氨氮向硝氮转化的规律,分析了底泥孔隙水氮的垂向分布特征,并采用费克定律估算了沉积物-水界面的氮素交换通量。试验结果表明,通过模拟试验得到的氮素交换量仅仅是表观释放量,沉积物是上覆水体氨氮的重要来源,是硝氮的汇。氨氮的年释放量为135.02t,硝氮进入沉积物的量为49.65t。Typical sediment cores of the Tianzhuang Reservoir were collected. The column experiments of nitrogen exchange between sediments and overlying water were conducted, and nitrogen profiles in sediments and porewaters were determined. The interfacial fluxes of ammonium and nitrate were estimated by Fick's First Law of Diffusion. The results indicate that The fluxes of nitrate and ammonium from simulation experiments are only the seeming exchange flux. In addition, the sediment is an important source for ammonium and a sink for nitrate, and the fluxes for NH4+-N and NO3--N are 135.02t/a and - 49.65t/a, respectively.
