摘　　要：对可持续发展的生态住宅小区做了详细的介绍,指出了其发展的特点和原则,纠正了一些错误的认识,提出了发展生态住宅小区必须具备的一些条件,以期促进可持续发展的生态住宅小区的建设和发展。It introduces in details the sustainable ecological residential community,points out its main developing features and principles,corrects some mistaken understandings,and puts forward the necessary conditions of developing sustainable ecological residential community,in order to promote the establishment and development of sustainable ecological residential community.
