摘　　要：结合长沙市实际情况,论述了山水资源在城市建设中的重要地位与作用之后,提出了总规修编中山水资源保护与利用的具体措施,以期指导长沙市城市建设。Combining with the factual situation in Changsha,it illustrates the important role in the urban construction,and points out the factual measures for the protection and utility of the scenery resources in revision of general plan,so as to direct the urban construction in Changsha.
