摘　　要：分别介绍了规格材、工程木制品、木基结构板三种轻型木结构房屋中常用材料的特性,在此基础上具体阐述了轻型木结构住宅的抗震性能、防火性能、防潮性能、防蚁性能,以期进一步推广轻型木结构住宅的普及和应用。The characteristics of three common materials： dimension lumber,engineering products and wood-based panel used in light wood-frame structures are respectively introduced.Based upon this,the seismic performance,fire resistance,humidity resistance,termite resistance of light wood-frame houses are elaborated in detail,in order to further promote the application of the houses with light wood-frame structure.
