摘　　要：面对日益频繁且复杂的体育竞技冲突,我国现行法律体系面临着极大的现实挑战。如何有效与合理地运用法律机制解决体育竞技中的冲突,是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。体育竞技冲突的内涵和特征是研究体育竞技冲突所必须面对的问题,因此有必要在法律视野下对体育竞技冲突的的内涵等基本问题作一个重新的探讨,以期裨益于实践。The contemporary Chinese legal system is faced with great challenges coming from the more and more complicated competitive sports conflicts.Therefore,the key is to understand well the connotation and features of the conflicts and to settle the conflicts with adoption of legal system.
