鄂西北地区少儿体育舞蹈培训存在问题的调查研究

摘　　要：通过访谈和问卷调查鄂西北地区7所少儿舞蹈培训机构,发现少儿体育舞蹈培训在本地区发展势头迅猛,但存在以下问题:从业者重经济效益,轻社会效益;教师或教练在教学中不遵循少儿舞蹈教学规律,急功近利,忽视基础训练,过早成人化、专业化;教学知识和技能缺乏,教学方法与手段陈旧;职业操守和人文素质也不尽人意。改变这种现状,需要有关部门提高培训机构的入行门槛和教师的从业资质;要不断增强从业人员的社会责任感和职业道德,克服功利意识,树立质量观、育人观和可持续发展观。Seven children＇s dance sport training centres in the northwest Hubei province were interriewed and investigated and it was found that the following problems were common.First,while the training centres mushroomed,the managers weighed profits over social benefits.The teachers or coaches did not follow the rules of teaching through negligence of the basic training and providing professional help at too early stage,seeking for instant success.Meanwhile,the teachers were poor in the professional knowledge and skills teaching.Their teaching methods and means were old fashioned.Their professional ethics was not good.It is necessary for the administrative departments of these training centres to establish stricter standards for operating such centres and promote quality teaching with high social responsibilities and professional ethics.
