摘 要:针对矿山、油田等易燃易爆地段温度报警的空间准确定位要求,研究了基于光时域反射计(OTDR)原理的准分布光纤温度报警系统。依据系统的结构与原理分析,完成了半导体激光器(LD)的高速驱动电路和雪崩光电二极管(APD)增益的温漂补偿电路等硬件设计,优化了系统软件的编译。结合在线调试,设计了基于形状记忆效应的温度阈值执行器。试验结果表明系统能稳定运行,且具有1.5 m的空间分辨率和低于16 s的响应时间等优良的性能参数。Aiming at the requirement to accurately locate the temperature warning position in the inflammable and explosive place such as mine and oil field, we had studied the quasi-distributed fiber temperature warning system (QDFTWS) based on optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR). According to system's principle and structure, we had designed a high-speed driving circuit for LD and compensation circuit for APD's gain, and we also optimized the system software. Relying on on-line debugging, we had designed the threshold temperature actuator grounded on shape memory alloy (SMA). The experimental results showed that the system can operate stably, and has such ex- cellent performance parameter as 1.5 m spatial resolution and the response time of less than 16 s.
