摘  要:目的观察血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂洛汀新对阿霉素肾病(AN)大鼠肾脏血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)浓度及受体表达的影响。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测大鼠肾组织血管紧张素Ⅱ-Ⅰ型受体(AT1R)mRNA表达情况,以放射免疫分析法测定血浆及肾组织ATⅡ含量。结果洛汀新可降低AN大鼠血浆及肾组织ATⅡ含量,使肾脏AT1RmRNA表达增强。结论洛汀新对AN大鼠肾脏AT1RmRNA表达的影响与降低血浆及肾组织ATⅡ含量有关。Objective To exemina the effect of LOTENSIN (an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI) on angiotensin Ⅱ (AT Ⅱ) and its receptor in rats with adriamycin-induced nephrosis (AN).Methods The expression of AT Ⅱ type 1 receptor mRNA (AT 1R mRNA) in renal tissue was measured by RT-PCR.The concentration of AT Ⅱ in plasma and renal tissue was determined by RIA.Results Lotensin decreased the content of AT Ⅱ both in plasma and in kidney,and increased the expression of AT 1R mRNA in kidney.Conclusion The lowering of AT Ⅱ content in plasma and renal tissue is related to the effect of lotensin on the expression of AT 1R mRNA in the kidneys of AN rats.
