摘　　要：目的:评价改良闭式修补术治疗重度直肠前突的效果,探讨重度直肠前突的手术方式。方法:对40例确诊为重度直肠前突的患者行改良闭式修补术,并对疗效进行随访。结果:随访6～12个月,治愈34例(85%),显效5例(12.5%),有效1例(2.5%)。排粪造影显示前突明显纠正。结论:改良闭式修补术治疗重度直肠前突安全有效。Objective： To study the operative method of heavy rectocele, and evaluate clinical effect of modified Block＇s repair in treating heavy rectecele. Methods： Clinical data of 40 patients with modified block＇s repair for heavy rectocele in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All cases were follow up for 6 - 12 months in which 34（85%） cases were cure, 5（12.5%） cases were marked effect, 1 （2. 5% ） was effect. Irregular defecation of all cases were changed correctly. Conclusion： Modified block＇s repair for heavy rectocele was safe and effective.
