摘 要:目的分析德宏州鼠、蚤种群及密度变化,探讨鼠疫防治对策。方法采取专业与群众监测相结合方法,每月开展鼠情、蚤情、病原学、血清学常规监测。结果全州室内黄胸鼠年平均笼密1.96%;夹密1.21%;室外黄胸鼠夹密1.39%;印鼠客蚤指数0.46;病原学检验动物2 947份,蚤类673份,血清学检验846份,结果均为阴性。结论鼠密度、蚤指数均控制在较低水平,没有发现鼠疫流行迹象,鼠疫疫情得到稳定控制。Objective To analyze the species and density change of mice and fleas in Dehong prefecture of Yunnan province and to explore the plague prevention and control measures. Method The routine surveillance was investigated for mice, flea situation and etiology every month, using professional method combined with mass surveillance. Results The cage mean density of R. flavipectus indoor was 1.96%, the clamp mean density was 1.21% and the clamp mean density of R. flavipectus outdoor was 1.39%. The index of X. Cheopis was 0. 46. The results were negative for 2947 samples of rodents and 673 of fleas tested by pathogen method and 846 samples of rodents tested by serology. Conclusions Rat density and flea index are controlled at a low level, no signs of plague epidemiology are found, and the plague situation is stability controlled.
