摘　　要：H.323是一个实现VoIP的重要协议,OpenH323是一套以该协议为基础的视频会议系统开发库。OpenH3231.14以后的版本通过新增的插件功能,支持在运行期动态加载编解码器的功能。本文介绍了OpenH323的结构特点,说明了编解码器插件的开发方法,包括结构体的各字段及其设置方法,最后对该方法进行了测试,证明了编解码器插件开发方法的可用性。H.323 is the leading protocol for VoIP.OpenH323 is a set of video conference system programming library based on H.323.As of version 1.14,OpenH323 adds the new function that can load codec at run-time.This paper introduces the architecture of OpenH323,and introduces the method to program a codec plugin including each field of the plugin structure and how to fill it.At last,it tests the program method and proves the availability of this method.
