摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法及文献资料法,对西安邮电学院教工业余羽毛球爱好者的动机与行为进行调查,通过对影响动机与行为因素的分析,探讨大众具备良好体育意识与健身习惯的成因,为更好地开展全民健身提供理论依据。Through questionnaire,interview and literature resource,investigates the motives and behavior of the teacher amateur badminton enthusiasts in the Xi＇an University of Posts and Telecommunications.By analysing the factors that affect motive and behavior,discusses the reason that the masses have good sense of sports and habit of physical training,which provides theoretical basis for the better development of the masses physical training.
