摘　　要：为缩短高校学报稿件处理时滞,提高编辑工作效率,在深入进行需求分析基础上,基于ASP.NET技术,设计开发了高校学报在线投稿系统。该系统包括在线投稿、专家在线审稿和编辑管理三个子系统,能实现投稿、审稿、查询的在线处理。To shorten the processing delay of the editorial manuscripts in order to improve the effectiveness of the editorial, after in-depth requirements analysis, the project designs and develops the editorial department online submission based on the ASP.NET technology, which implements the functions of online submission, online review and online editorial management.
