摘  要:以美国南方松木纤维为原料,添加质量比7%的脲醛树脂及质量比分别为0%、3%、6%的磷酸三聚氰胺,制备阻燃中密度纤维板。采用锥形量热仪,在辐射功率50kW/m2下研究磷酸三聚氰胺对中密度纤维板的阻燃性能的影响。当磷酸三聚氰胺的添加质量比为6%时,中纤板的热释放速率、热释放总量、有效燃烧热、质量损失速率、比消光面积较空白试样分别下降24.1%、19.8%、15.3%、9.1%和上升126.9%,引燃时间从39.1s增至50.1s。磷酸三聚氰胺显著提高了中纤板的阻燃性,但产烟量大幅增加,需配合抑烟剂使用;中纤板表面的预固化层将引起热释放速率曲线的第一个波峰分叉。A preliminary study of the fire retardant of melamine phosphate to medium density board (MDF) was done by inves tigating the combustion properties of samples on cone calorimeter under the radiation power of 50 kW/m2 , to which 7% ureaformaldehyde resin, 0%, 3%, 6% melamine phosphate was added. The results showed that: At the additive amount of 60v, the heat release rate, total heat release, effective heat of combustion and mass loss rate go down by 24. 1%, 19. 8%, 15.3% 9.1% respectively, whereas the specific extinction are a rises by 126.9%, compared to blank samples, while the ignition time extending from 39.1 s to 50.1 s; Smoke suppressant was suggested to use because melamine phosphate provides a good fire retardant effect on the MDF but boost it's smoke pro duction dramatically. The pre-cured layer on the surface of MDF will cause the bifurcation of the first heat release rate peak.
