摘 要:本文采用混凝沉淀—过滤工艺对再生浆造纸废水进行试验研究。研究结果表明,用硫酸亚铁酸洗废液作混凝剂是行之有效的,经此工艺处理后,COD、SS和色度的去除率分别约为90%、96%和95%。处理后废水水质达到排放标准且可全部回用于生产,实现零排放。此工艺具有很好的应用前景,尤其适合北方寒冷地区。In this paper we proceed experimental study on treating wastewater of reoyolling puip of paper making with flocculating settlingmicro filtering technology. The result of study shows that it is effective to use waste liquor of FeSO4 as flocculating agent, Treated with this technology, the removal rates of COD,SS and decolorization rate are respectively 90% , 96% and 95%.The quality of wastewater which has been treated reaches the wastewater discharge standard and all of wastewater can be reused, so to realize no dis-canging,This technology has glorious prospect of application, especially suit to frigid zone.
