摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系是我国文化软实力建设的基本立足点。作为其基本组成部分,"马克思主义"指引着我国文化软实力建设的基本方向;"中国特色的社会主义共同理想"为我国文化软实力建设提供精神支撑,具有团结民众、凝聚力量的重要作用;"以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神"是我国文化软实力建设的激励机制,鼓舞着中华儿女奋勇向前,唱响我国文化建设的主旋律;"以八荣八耻为核心的社会主义荣辱观"则以质朴的语言准确把握了我国社会主义文化的建设方向,正确地引领着我国社会主义文化建设的基本道德风尚。The system of socialist core values is the main standpoint of our country＇s construction of cultural soft power. As its basic ingredients, Marxism shows the right way; the mutual ideal of Chinese characteristic socialism is the spiritual support; the ethos, taking patriotism as its core, and the zeitgeist taking innovation as its core are the spur mechanism; the ＂eight honors and eight disgraces＂ is the ＂moral compass＂ of our country. They are all very important to the construction of cultural soft power.
