复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿急性黄疸型肝炎35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿急性黄疸型肝炎的疗效。方法:将我科2007-2008年收治的35例符合急性黄疸型肝炎的患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,分别给予复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉滴注治疗和常规保肝治疗,对其疗效进行统计学分析比较。结果:治疗组临床症状及肝功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:应用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿急性黄疸型肝炎疗效显著且安全性高。Objective：To observe the compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of children with acute icteric hepatitis. Methods：admitted to our department from 2007 -2008, in line with the 35 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis were randomly divided in- to treatment group and control group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection on liver protection infusion therapy and conven- tional therapy, its efficacy statistical analysis and comparison.
