摘  要:电信企业重大重组和"全业务"竞争时代的开启,使三家国有电信垄断企业面临审视原有竞争模式和制定新型竞争管理策略的压力。在基础电信市场非对称寡头垄断格局之下,同质化竞争和价格战必然导致效率损失,通过提供差异性增值服务走差异化竞争路线将是运营商在新竞争格局下的必然选择。A major reorganization of the telecommunications business and the opening of era of "full service" competition have made the three state-owned telecommunications monopolies face the pressure of examining the existing competitive model and of developing a new one. In this paper, by analyzing the model of China's telecom competition at the present stage, we can see that the basic telecommunications market has shown the asymmetric oligopoly structure. In this pattern, the efficiency loss of the homogenization competition and the price war has been pointed out, and it has been concluded that it is an inevitable choice for the telecommunications industry to take the differentiated competition route by providing differentiated value-added services in operating pattern of new competition, which offers decision-making basis for developing specific strategies.
