摘  要:研究了低温胁迫下烟草品种K326的海藻糖和海藻糖酶等指标的变化,结果表明:⑴低温锻炼、海藻糖和井冈霉素A处理均可引起烟草体内海藻糖含量增加,海藻糖酶活性降低,这种此消彼涨的关系反映了海藻糖可能是调节植物体抵抗逆境的一类应激物;⑵不同处理可使低温胁迫下烟草可溶性蛋白质代谢发生相应变化,SDS-PAGE结果证明三种处理均可能诱导低温胁迫相关蛋白的合成或表达增强.The changes of several physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco K326 during cold-stress, which has been treated by cold-exercise, trehalose andjinggangmycin A, were assayed. The results suggested: (1)Three treatments all resulted that the contents of trehalose in tobacco increased and the activity of trehalase decreased, which proved that trehalose may be a product result of stress. (2)The contents of soluble protein took changes after different treatments, meanwhile, the results of SDS-PAGE showed that stress-relative protein may be induced or enhanced expression.
