摘　　要：为了以尽可能低的压缩比来得到更好的图像和视频来满足人的视觉系统、网络带宽以及各种不同类型的用户,采用小波变换的图像处理算法进行图像视频压缩.针对浮点数的小波系数,在进行图像编码时会产生精度误差,不能精确地重构图像的不足,提出一种改进方法,将提升算法应用于零树编码,实现了整数小波变换,既保持了原有的小波特性,又实现了小波快速算法,同时得到了比较好的压缩效果.Aim to get better images and video with the compression ratio as low as possible to meet the human visual system, network bandwidth, as well as a variety of different types of users, wavelet transform image processing algorithms was used to image video compression. And for floating-point wavelet coefficients which generated aeeumey error during image coding can not be precisely reconstructed image, an improved method was proposed to enhance the zero-tree coding algorithm applied to achieve the integer wavelet transform, not only maintaining the the original wavelet features, but also achieving fast algorithm of wavelet, a relatively good compression.
