摘　　要：为掌握ZJ112型卷接机组电气控制系统的核心技术,避免进口HAUNI公司生产的HIP、SRM、CIS、CAN等专有模块或系统,分析了它们的硬件结构和软件算法.采用当前先进的ARM微处理器对实时系统的控制进行了优化设计,并采用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线替代SIEMENS的S5协议.在样机的测试和生产过程中,机组的各项重量数据、质量数据、取样和剔废均达到设计要求.通过国产化设计,控制系统可满足用户的各种个性化需求,具备比进口件更高的性价比和更好的可扩展性.In order to master the key technology of electric control system of ZJ112, prevent the import of HAUNI the special module or system of HIP, SRM. C/S, CAN etc, their hardware configuration and software arithmetic were analyzed. Using the latest advanced ARM microprocessor for optimization design to the control task of real-time system, and by replacing SIEMENS $5 agreement with PROFIBUS-DP, during the testing and producing of sample machine, the machine＇s weight data, quality date, sampling and rejecting result should achieve every design requirement. By localization design, the control system could meet every individual customized requirement of client with higher cost performance and better expandability compared with imported items.
