环新疆经济圈视角下土库曼斯坦国际投资法律评析

摘　　要：基于"环新疆经济圈"这个全新的视角,本文从外国投资者及其投资企业的法律地位与法律待遇、投资形式与投资方式的确定、外资投向及特定行业、税收及其他优惠措施、征用国有化及其补偿原则、企业经营自主权的保障、解决投资争议的法定程序这几个方面,对土库曼斯坦的国际投资法律制度进行分析和评价,进而为投资主体对土投资提出建议。Based on the new perspective of Economic Circle of Xinjiang,from foreign investors and their enterprises＂ legal status, form of investment and the determination of investment,investment industry, tax and other incentives,nationalization and compensation,the protection of the autonomy of enterprise management, procedures for settlement of investment disputes, the author analyses the Turkmenistan pros and cons of international investment law and give investors some recommendations as well.
