摘　　要：现在高校学生管理中侵犯学生合法权益的情况较为常见,而高校的管理对学生有着深刻影响,因此,高校学生管理工作必须走依法管理,寓教于管之路,维护学生正当权益。There are a lot of torts against students in the college students management.College management means much to the students.To protect the legal rights of students,it would be appropriate to manage the students according to law and combine teaching with management.
