摘　　要：金融是经济的核心,城乡金融统筹发展是城乡统筹发展的前提保障。本文在分析城乡金融统筹发展机制的基础上,试图构建城乡金融统筹发展机制形成的一个评价指标体系,通过该指标体系来评价我国目前城乡金融统筹发展的状况,并且通过各个单项指标将城乡金融统筹的各个方面进行量化,由各单项指标的得分反映出我国城乡金融统筹工作中需要加强和重点关注的方面,最后提出了我国城乡金融统筹机制形成的政策建议。Finance is the core of economy, and to balance urban and rural financial development is the major premise of balancing city and countryside development. This article is trying to build an indicator system of balanced urban and rural development mechanism on the basis of analyzing the physical mechanism of balanced urban and rural financial development Through this indicator system, we can measure status quo of Chinese urban and rural financial co-ordination, and the individual indicator can reflect every aspect of urban and rural financial co-ordination, then quantizing every aspect of the balanced urban and rural financial development through many single indexes whose scores will reflect those points that needs to be enhanced or paid much more attention in our work of balancing rural and urban financial development. Finally, put forward policy recommendations of the formation of the mechanism that put urban and financial develop as a whole.
