摘 要:采用均匀实验设计方法,探讨了利用氧化还原引发自由基接枝共聚合成玉米淀粉接枝共聚浆料的最优工艺条件。对实验结果进行回归分析和因素寻优结果表明,引发剂用量、引发剂配比和反应温度是影响接枝率和接枝效率的主要因素,温度和pH值存在交互影响;在优化的实验工艺条件下,可得到接枝率为8.9%和接枝效率为92%的接枝淀粉。It studied the optimal process condition of which the grafted copolymerization starch was synthesized by using redox to initiate the free radical based on uniform design. The regression analysis and factors optimization were done for experimental results. The results showed that the amount of initiator, the ratio of redox initiator and the reaction temperature are the major factors affecting the grafting ratio and efficiency, also there has some mutual influence between the reaction temperature and the pH, the grafting ratio and efficiency under the optimal experimental condition are 8. 9% and 92%.
