摘　　要：为了扩展T-400长丝的可纺性和服用性能,生产了赛络纺棉T-400长丝包芯纱。T-400长丝在纺纱过程中不经过预牵伸,需要将导丝辊与细纱前罗拉表面线速度设置一致;分析了T-400长丝包芯纱生产过程中的工艺参数,提出其注意事项,总结了相应的技术措施,制定了捉疵、防疵的具体措施。To extend the comfortable property and spinnability of T-400 filament, the T-400 filament core-spun cotton yarn was produced by siro spun. The spinning process was set the same surface speed on guide filament roller and front roller with out predraft. It analyzed the process parameters, pointed out the precautions, summarized the interrelated technical measures, and drawed up the measures to catch and prevent yarn faults.
