摘　　要：目的建立藿香正气软胶囊中苍术素的含量测定方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长为336nm。结果在此条件下苍术素在0.01019~0.25475μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999（n=6）,平均回收率99.1%,RSD=1.96%。结论本方法简单可靠,可用于藿香正气软胶囊中苍术素含量的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of atractylodin in Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules by RP-HPLC.METHODS Separation was performed by HPLC on a RP-C18 analytical column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water as gradient eluent,and the UV detection was set at 336 nm.RESULTS A good linear relationship for atractylodin was found in the range of 0.01019～0.25475μg（r=0.9999,n=6）.The mean recoveries for atractylidin was 99.1%（RSD=1.96%）.CONCLUSION The method is rapid and accurate for quality control of atractylodin in Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsules.
