2008～2009年住院患者鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的了解本院住院患者中鲍曼不动杆菌的感染情况及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对本院2008年1月至2009年9月住院患者送检标本中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的病区分布情况与耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果本院鲍曼不动杆菌感染主要分布于重症监护病房(ICU)(24.2%)、肿瘤科(13.7%)、神经血液内科(13.7%)、呼吸内科(11.8%)、传染科(10.8%);在ICU分离出的鲍曼不动杆菌对16种常用抗生素的耐药率明显高于普通病房(ICU以外的病房),除了多黏菌素E的耐药率为0%外,对其他15种抗生素耐药率都达60%以上。普通病房检出的鲍曼不动杆菌对16种抗生素的耐药率均低于60%。结论住院患者中鲍曼不动杆菌感染在ICU最为严重,而且ICU病房中分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率明显高于普通病房的耐药率,耐药性十分严重,应引予高度重视。Objective To study the infection imformation and the drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital for the purpose of providing reference for rational use of antibiotics. Methods The distribution of endemic areas and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the specimens of the inpatients in our hospi tal from January 2008 to September 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Acinetobacter baumannii were mainly isolated from the Intensive Care Unit（ICU）（24.2 %）, the Oncoma Department（13.7 % ）, the Department of Nerves and Blood （ 13. 7 % ）, the Respirational Department （ 11. 8 %）, and the Infectious Disease Department （ 10. 8 % ）. The drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumannii to 16 common antibiotics in ICU was much higher than that in the general ward. And the drug resistance rate of the 15 kinds of antibiotic were all higher than 60% in ICU,rather than polymyxin E（0%）. However, the drug resistance rate of the 16 kinds of antibiotic were all lower than 60% in the general ward. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii infection is most serous in ICU of our hospital. And the drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumannii which was isolated from ICU were much higher than that from general ward. So the infection and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii is very terrible in ICU now, to which a great attention should be paid.
