摘　　要：目的探讨甲型H1N1患者单核细胞检测的临床意义,分析其对甲型H1N1流感起到的辅助诊断作用。方法90例健康人作对照,对90例甲型H1N1流感患者血常规单核细胞及单核细胞百分率进行定量检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果90例H1N1流感患者单核细胞计数及单核细胞百分率均高于健康对照组,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论单核细胞数及百分率的增高对甲型H1N1流感可提供辅助诊断依据,是临床医生观察病情的有效指标。Objective To explore the clinical significane of the detection of monocytes of Influenza A HIN1 in fluenza and analyze the supplemenlary role it plays in A H1N1 influenza. Methods 90 healthy persons were selected to form the control group while 90 cases of Influenza A H1N1 patients were made up as another group. And routine blood mononuclear ceils and the percentage of mononuclear cells of the two groups were quantitatively determined, and at the same time, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The mononuclear cell counts and the percentage of mononuclear cells of the 90 cases of the patients with A influenza H1N1 were higher than those in the normal control group. （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）Conclusion The increase of the percentage of mononuclear cells and the provision of A H1N1 influenza can be regarded as one the important indicators in the disease.
