摘　　要：传统观念对小说的轻视造成中国古代小说史研究的薄弱,明代学者胡应麟的小说史研究对古代小说史进行了纵向梳理,探寻各类型小说发展源流,并结合社会历史文化对各时期小说特征进行分析,体现出明晰的史理意识,为近现代的古代小说史研究奠定了基础。The underestimate of novels in traditional concept weakens the novel study in ancient China.Hu Yinglin in the Ming Dynasty comprehensively collated the novel history,examined the source and development of different kinds of novels.He analyzed the characteristics of novels in different periods of time combining social history and culture,showing a clear historical awareness.He laid a foundation for the modern study on ancient Chinese novel history.
