农户土地流转的调查与思考——以甘肃省新农村建设科技示范点为例

摘　　要：通过对甘肃省新农村建设6个科技示范点中240个农户家庭土地流转相关情况的抽样调查,分析了甘肃省土地流转的基本现状和影响因子。结果表明:第一,甘肃省土地流转呈现出流转规模小、约定方式不规范和流转方式单一等特点;第二,影响甘肃省土地流转的因素有人均耕地面积、户主个性特征、农业劳动力转移、农业产业结构调整和生产规模化。在调查研究的基础上,提出了促进农户土地流转的建议。A sample survey has been made on land-transferring from 240 households in 6 technology demonstration areas of the new rural construction in Gansu Province, and its result show that the basic situation of land-transferring in Gansu Province reveal features as follows： 1. The land transferring is small-scaled,with non-standard agreements and follows the same flowing pattern; 2. The factors which influence land-transferring include per capita arable land area, farmers＇ personality, agricultural labor- transferring and the adjustment of agricultural structure and production scale. On the basis of survey and analysis, this paper gives some policy recommendations for the promotion of farmland transferring.
