摘 要:以江苏与浙江两个省情相似的省份为研究对象,详细比较了两省在新能源发展方面的总体情况。通过比较发现,两省在新能源方面的主导产业明显,江苏是光伏和风电,浙江是光伏和核电。江苏在光伏产业上居于强势地位,而浙江的核电发展比江苏快。江苏应继续以科学发展观为指导,以市场为导向,以创新为支撑,抓紧对关键技术的示范推广,确保光伏和风电两大新兴产业稳定、健康、可持续发展;加快对核电站的投资建设,增加核能开发比重;统筹江河湖海资源用好水能;提高生物质能利用率特别是沼气的普及率。通过高位均衡发展,推动整个新能源产业再上一个台阶。This study compares the development of new energies between the two provinces with similar conditions: Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The result suggests that both provinces respectively feature leading industries in the sector of new energy, with photovohaic power and wind power in Jiangsu and photovohaic power and nuclear energy in Zhejiang. Jiangsu show advantage in photovohaic power while in Zhejiang nuclear develops much faster. To ensure the stable, sound and sustainable development of the two emerging industries, namely photovohaic power and wind power, Jiangsu should stick to market orientation, promote innovation and spread key technology under the guidance of scientific concept, speeding up the construction of nuclear energy plants, increasing the proportion of nuclear energy, making full of hydro power, and improving the efficiency of biological energy. Through balanced development, the new energy industries will enter a new phase.
