摘 要:C60与过量2-氨基乙磺酸在甲苯及乙醇/水两相体系中反应,产物经稀盐酸酸化得标题化合物(加成度4),产率为28%(按加入的C60计算)。C60-2-氨基乙磺酸的结构为1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、FAB-MS和元素分析所证实。用化学发光法检测了C60-2-氨基乙磺酸对Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基.OH的清除效果,C60-2-氨基乙磺酸能有效地清除.OH,其半抑制浓度为0.61×10-4mol/L,在浓度为2.96×10-4mol/L时,清除效率可达88.85%。Addition reaction of C60 with an excess of NH2-(CH2)2SO3^-Na^+ in a toluene-ethanol/H2O system gave the corresponding amino-acid adducts HnC60(NHCH2CH2SO3Na)n (predominantly n=4),which was acidified with dilute HCl solution to afford the corresponding conjugate acid product (1) in 28% yield (based on C60 added).C60 adducts was structurally characterized by ^1HNMR,^13CNMR,IR,FAB-MS and elemental analysis.A chemiluminescence technique was applied to study its effect on scavenging hydroxyl radicals (·OH) generated by the Fenton′s reaction.C60 adducts can effectively eliminate hydroxyl radicals (·OH),with its concentrations for 50% inhibition equating to 0.61×10^-4 mol/L.At a concentration of 2.96×10^-4 mol/L,its radical scavenging efficiency was approximately 88.85%.
