摘　　要：目的:探讨左氧氟沙星不良反应发生的情况及护理体会。方法:对我院急诊科输液区的2368例患者使用左氧氟沙星的情况进行观察。结果:其中62例患者出现了不良反应。结论:在使用左氧氟沙星时,掌握适应证,注意观察护理。Objective：To investigate the adverse effects of levofloxacin has happened and nursing experience. Methods：The hospital emergency department in 2 368 cases of transfusion zone of levofloxacin in patients with observation of the situation. Results：Among them 62 patients had adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion：In the use of levofloxacin,the control indication,observe care.
