摘  要:以15 m^3低温立式储罐为例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对直接选用JB/T 4712中标准支承式支座的低温立式容器的封头局部应力进行分析和校核,校核显示封头局部应力不能满足要求,针对这一现象,重点介绍了一种结构改进型支座,并将其与单纯增加设计尺寸的参数改进型支座进行对比,通过有限元分析结果对比,验证了在设备受力改善和结构优化方面,结构改进型支座效果均优于参数改进型支座;此外,该结构改进型支座还能明显节约成本。该支座在实际使用过程中效果良好。Exampled with 15 m3 low temperature vertical tank, by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, the analysis and checking for local stresses in the head of vertical vessel with bracket supports which conforms to standard "JB/T 4712" were carried out. The results showed that the local stresses in the head were not qualified. With respect to this problem, one improved support in structure was introduced in emphasis, and it was compared to the one in which only the design sizes were inereased. By using finite el- ement analysis, the result of the comparison showed that in the respects of stresses distribution and structural optimization, the effect of improving structure was better than that of increasing design sizes. In addition, the cost would be saved in using this structure improved support. The application of this support in practice has been proved to have excellent effect.
