摘 要:在化工设备保温层厚度的设计中,如何准确地知道各保温影响因素对保温效果的影响,综合考虑各影响因素合理确定保温层厚度是一大难题,目前,关于保温影响因素对保温性能的研究则很少涉及,在此研究化工设备的传热机理,通过建立有限元数学建模,模拟保温材料在不同环境温度、黑度、保温层厚度、对流换热系数等影响因子下的传热状况,得出各参数对保温效果影响的敏感性。为保温层设计提供了科学指导。In the design of insulator for process equipment, how to analyze the various influences to the effect of insulation and, then, to determine the thickness of the insulator are two difficult problems. Currently, there is a few researches involving the influences to the characteristics of insulation. In this article, the mechanism of heat transfer was studied. By using finite element method, the mathematic model was established, and then, the simulation of insulating capacity of various insulation materials at different ambient temperature, black level, the thickness of insulation layer and convection heat transfer coefficient was carried out. The sensitivity of all these factors to insulation was obtained, so that the scientific guidance can be provided to the design of insulator.
