摘  要:以辽宁省中晚熟水稻新品系为试验材料,以辽粳9号为对照,对辽宁省中晚熟水稻新品系的主要品质性状进行了研究。结果表明:加工品质中辽宁省中晚熟水稻新品系的糙米率、精米率和整精米率都低于对照,互相之间呈极显著正相关;外观品质中新品系的粒长、长宽比、垩白粒率和垩白度都高于对照;蒸煮食味品质和营养品质中新品系的碱消值和胶稠度低于对照,直链淀粉含量和蛋白质含量高于对照,直链淀粉含量与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关。The main quality characters of new mid-late rice strains in Liaoning were studied with Liaojing 9 as control.The results showed that the milling quality traits like brown rice rate,polished rice rate and head rice rate were lower than those of control and differed very significantly among strains.The appearance quality traits like grain length,length to width ratio,chalk grain rate and chalkiness degree were higher than those of control.As for cooking and eating quality and nutrition quality,the alkali spreading value and gel consistency were lower than those of control,but amylose content and protein content were higher than those of Liaojing 9.There existed very significantly negative correlation between amylose content and protein content.
