摘　　要：从理论基础、诊视方法、观察内容、临床应用等方面对壮医甲诊与中医甲诊进行比较,探求其异同,揭示其实质,以期在保持各自特色的基础上相互借鉴,促进两者在诊疗疾病方面的进一步发展。This paper makes a comparison of nail diagnosis between Zhuang medicine and traditional Chinese medicine from theoretical foundation,diagnostic methods,observation contents and clinical application so as to explore the similarities and differences and disclose their essential.By doing this,the author aims at promoting further development of the diagnostics in clinical practices on the basis of maintaining their respective characteristics and mutual complementarities.
