利用CO_2气体碳酸化钢渣制备建材制品

摘　　要：加速碳酸化可以有效利用工业废弃物和温室气体CO2。通过对钢渣进行碳酸化养护处理,制备出碳酸化增重率10.79%,抗折强度12.02MPa,抗压强度40.81MPa,冻融强度24.63MPa,吸水率11.24%,饱水强度23.89MPa,安定性合格的纯钢渣碳酸化建材制品。同时制备出了碳酸化增重率为5.12%,抗折强度2.06MPa,抗压强度8.33MPa,冻融强度3.72MPa,吸水率18.56%,饱水强度3.41MPa,安定性合格,体积密度1.74g/cm3的钢渣混合矿渣碳酸化建材制品。Accelerating the carbonation is an effective way for using industrial wastes and greenhouse gas CO2.As the treatment of carbonation curing for steel slag,pure steel-slag carbonation building materials products are prepared with the carbonation weight increasing rate 10.79%,flexural strength 12.02MPa,compressive strength 40.81MPa,freeze-thaw strength 24.63MPa,water absorption rate 11.24%,water-saturated strength 23.89MPa and stability qualified.Meanwhile,the steel-slag mixed with slag carbonation building materials products are also prepared with the carbonation weight increasing rate 5.12%,flexural strength 2.06MPa,compressive strength 8.33MPa,freeze-thaw strength 3.72MPa,water absorption rate 18.56%,water-saturated strength 3.41MPa,volume density 1.74g/cm3 and stability qualified.
