中医分期辨治结合西药治疗60例小儿哮喘临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合分期治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效。方法将120例小儿哮喘分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组采用常规西医治疗方案,治疗组除重度患者结合西药外,其余患者均服用中药治疗。急性期观察治疗前及治疗2周后临床症状与体征改变,缓解期观察治疗1年期间肺功能指标和生命质量量表评分的变化,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗组在改善急性发作期喘息、胸闷和哮鸣音方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肺功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月、6个月、1年3个时间段,治疗组哮喘患儿的生命质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法比单纯西医治疗哮喘急性发作期能更有效地改善哮喘患儿的症状和体征;哮喘非急性发作期,服中药可提高哮喘患儿生命质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by stages on childhood bronchial asthma. Methods 120 children with asthma were divided into two groups：60 cases in treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,while 60 cases in control group received western medicine alone. Changes of variations of clinical symptoms and signs before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were observed,and lung function and life quality scale in one year were detected. Results In acute stage,suffocative catarrh,the improvement of chest distress and wheeze in treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group（P0.05）; there was no significant difference between the two groups in lung function（P0.05）. The total score of life quality scale in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group in 3-month,6-month and 1-year after treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion In acute stage,the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than simple western medicine in improving symptoms and physical signs of asthmatic children,and Chinese medicine treatment may improve life quality of patients in catabasis stage.
