摘 要:目的探讨酸脂清胶囊对高尿酸并高脂血症大鼠肝脏脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)的影响,以进一步研究其降血脂的机制。方法采用SD雄性大鼠,灌服脂肪乳剂及高嘌呤液建立高尿酸并高脂血症的大鼠模型,用酸脂清胶囊治疗,并设立别嘌呤醇及非诺贝特对照组以及空白组和模型组,观察造模前后以及用药前后肝脏脂蛋白脂酶的变化情况。结果酸脂清胶囊治疗组的脂蛋白脂酶较模型对照组及别嘌醇组升高(P<0.001),与非诺贝特组相当(P>0.05)。结论酸脂清胶囊降血脂作用疗效较非诺贝特好临床适用性好。Objective The influence of "Suanzhiqing Capsule" on lipoprotein lipase(LPL) in the rats of hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia was observed to study its mechanism in reducing blood lipid. Methods High-purine and high-lipid diet was fed in rats to induce hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia. Allopurinol,fenofibrate and "Suanzhiqing Capsule" were used. The lipoprotein lipase was observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the lipoprotein lipase was higher in "Suanzhiqing Capsule" group than in model group and allopurinol group(P0.01),similar to fenofibrate(P0.05). Conclusion "Suanzhiqing Capsule" can reduce blood lipid to treat hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia.
