摘 要:以屠宰场废水为对象,应用周期换向脉冲电絮凝方法进行处理。在前期试验工作基础上(最佳直流电絮凝参数)讨论了周期换向脉冲参数:正反向频率,正反向占空比,正反向工作时间以及正反向电流密度比对废水的COD、色度去除率的影响。试验结果表明:在频率f+=333Hz、f-=250Hz,占空比r+=30%、r-=10%,工作时间t+=40ms、t-=4ms和电流密度分别为J+=3.3A·dm-2、J-=0.33A·dm-2的条件下进行电絮凝,废水的COD、色度去除率可达到85.4%、92.2%以上。并比较了直流、单脉冲和周期换向脉冲3种电絮凝方式处理COD相同的废水,所需能耗的关系是直流最大,单脉冲次之,而周期换向脉冲所需能耗最小。Slaughterhouse wastewater was treated through the reverse pulse electrocoagulation. On the base of previous investigations (the optimal direct current electrocoagulation parameters), the effect of the reverse pulse parameters on the COD and color removal rate of wastewater were studied such as forward direction and backward direction pulse frequency, forward direction and backward direction duty cycle, forward direction and backward direction work time ratio and forward direction and backward direction current density ratio. The experiment results show that at the best of parameter condition of pulse reverse electrocoagulation (f+=333 Hz.f=250 Hz, r+=30%, r.=10%, t+=40 ms, t.=-4 ms and J+=3.3 A .dm-2, J_=0.33 A .dm^-2) we can obtain optimal treatment effect Of slaughterhouse wastewater, the COD, color removal rate Can reach 85.4% and 92.2%, respectively. Compare to direct current, pulse current and reverse pulse electroeoagulation, when slaughterhouse wastewater with same COD value is respectively treated by the three types electrocoagulation methods, the energy consumption of direct current is biggest, that of pulse current is second, while that of the reverse pulse electrocoagulation is the samllest.
